| Senior Minister The Senior Minister of South Side Christian Church is the Rev. Douglas E. Adams. His wife, Linda, is a teacher. Their daughter, Jennifer, currently lives Virginia.
Rev. Adams is an ordained minister of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), having received his undergraduate degrees from the University of Cincinnati, and his Masters of Divinity degree from Lexington Theological Seminary. Doug was called to South Side in May of 1985.

| Associate Minister In 1999, South Side installed their first Licensed Associate Minister, Wanda Werking. Wanda is a long-time member of South Side Christian Church and completed the Associate Minister Program at Lexington Theological Seminary. She retired from the Department of Human Services in Lima and is now serving the church on a full-time basis.

| Minister of Visitation Todd Cosart was installed into the Ministry of Visitation at South Side in 2009. |
| Director of Youth Ministries Laura Hawkins joined the staff in May 2010. She grew up at South Side and is excited about working with the youth.
