Christian Action Committee is a group of members that is formed to help people in our church and our community.
The different things that we do in our committee are:

Help Families in need with food, utility bills, gas (if having to make many trips to hospital out of town). We also provide Christmas presents for families in need.

Young at Heart Dinner- We provide, cook and serve the meal for all the members that are 80 years old and older or have been a member for 60 years.

Family Promise - We host homeless families for a week. We provide them with shelter, food and entertainment. We enjoy visiting with them during their stay with us.  We have volunteers that  brings snacks, cook meals, stay overnight, wash laundry at end of week.

Angel Tree - We provide the names of the children from Help Me Grow Program on our Christmas Tree so that our members can buy presents which will be given to them at the Breakfast With Santa.

Help Me Grow - (Breakfast With Santa) - We provide and cook the breakfast for the children and family members who bring them.  We have usually around 300 or more people.  This is done in December.

Teddy Bear Sunday - church members bring a new teddy bear in and we take them to the hospitals here in Lima.

Samaritan House - provide items on their wish list and presents at Christmas time.
