Church Family Retreat at Camp Christian - October 1st and 2nd, 2011.

If you have never been to camp before, it is a chance for South Side to gather as a Church Family and get to know each other through fellowship and fun. If you have never been to Camp Christian, this is a wonderful way to experience what our Youth get to feel every summer. It has been said that Camp Christian is Holy Ground and just by being there people feel closer to God. This weekend isn't just a chance to get to know your church family, it is also a chance to just enjoy being in God's presence and relax.

The Church Family Retreat is October 1st & 2nd at Camp Christian in Magnetic Springs, Ohio. It starts with registration on Saturday at 3:00 pm and ends on Sunday with a closing circle at about 1:00 pm. Each person pays for their lodging in either the Lodge or the Clusters. A room in the Lodge sleeps 2 and is $18 per person. The Clusters are divided into rooms that sleep about 12 people. The price is $16 per person. For your immediate family the most you would pay is $64 for staying in the Clusters.

Each person, couple, or family should bring snacks to share, drinks, and their own tableservice. This is camp so you need to bring bedding, toiletries, flashlight, towels, games to play,etc. After registering you will be assigned a food item/items to bring to help with supper, breakfast, and brunch.

The All Church Retreat is just what it sounds like; a chance for our entire Church Family to gather, relax, and have fun together. Come and join us!
